By accessing or using Ksora AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the platform.

Ksora AI is a gamified AI proficiency platform that allows users to take challenges, earn XP, collect AI tool cards, level up through tiers, and compete with other users. The platform is provided as a Progressive Web App (PWA) and may be available through mobile app stores.

You must create an account to use most features of Ksora AI. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as needed. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

You agree not to:

• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform

• Attempt to manipulate leaderboards, XP, or challenge results

• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose

• Share your account credentials with others

All content on Ksora AI — including but not limited to questions, card designs, graphics, animations, and software — is the property of Ksora AI and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without explicit written permission.

XP, cards, ranks, badges, and other virtual items earned on Ksora AI have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real currency. We reserve the right to modify, remove, or reset virtual items at any time.

Ksora AI may offer premium subscription tiers with additional features. Subscription terms, pricing, and cancellation policies will be clearly presented at the time of purchase.

All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. We do not store your payment card information.

Ksora AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of material changes through the platform. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
